Job description: Rentachef NG is a leading catering, hospitality consulting, and chef rental agency in Nigeria. The company provides private chef service to customers across Nigeria.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Position: Operations OfficerJob Location: Ikate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities

• Manage daily operations of clients service booking and assigning of chefs.
• Ensure high standards of clients satisfaction and supporting quality delivery of chefs.
• Collaborate with the procurement team/officer to maintain high delivery of food quality, procurement and logistics for clients.
• Manage workflows, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure smooth operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle operational data/information, including residential chef subscription, chef work schedule, work location and client’s information.
• Track metrics, analyze trends and provide insights to aid business decisions.
• Foster effective communication across departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
• Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues, escalating to Admin/MD as necessary.

Requirements
Education

• B.Sc in Business Administration, Mass Communication or Social Science or Hospitality related degree.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of work experience in a well structured hospitality or food service company.
• MUST have experience in restaurant operations and experience dealing with chefs.

OtherRequirements:

• Proximity to Ikate and Lekki phase 1 is desirable.

• Excellent communication: listening, written and verbal.
• Strong initiative and analytical mind.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Willing to learn fast.
• Strong initiative and ability to work efficiently under severe pressure.
• Proven problem solving skills.
• Ability to work underminimal supervision.
