Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Job Summary
- Opay is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, lead the operations team, and ensure smooth execution of field and telesales activities.
- The ideal candidate will be results-driven, highly organized, and capable of resolving issues in real time to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Telesales team to ensure daily targets are met and calls are successfully executed.
- Ensure smooth running of BD activities in the field, with prompt escalation of issues where necessary.
- Lead and manage the Operations team effectively.
- Oversee inventory and ensure timely dispatch of materials to respective states.
- Resolve operational issues promptly for both the Agent Bank Team and the Campus Team.
- Prepare and share daily reports with the team.
- Perform other tasks as required to support the business.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Minimum of 2years of proven experience in operations, preferably in fintech, banking, or related industries.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N400,000 Gross (N200,000 Basic + N200,000 Performance Pay).
