Job type: Full-time (On-site)Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive HR/People Operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience supporting multi-location teams and handling both core and contract staff.
• Background in oil & gas, logistics, or supply chain sectors is preferred.

Salary and Benefits

• N300,000 – N350,000 / Month.
• HMO
• Performance bonuses, etc
