Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a highly intelligent, resourceful, and internet-savvy female graduate to serve as a Personal Assistant to a busy executive.

Key Qualities & Requirements

• Must be a graduate (B.Sc/B.A/HND) from a recognized institution 1 – 3 years work experience
• Must be very attractive, well-presented, and confident
• Strong digital skills — social media, email, online research, document management
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• A quick thinker, highly organized, and able to handle confidential tasks with discretion
• Should be very resourceful and able to get things done with minimal supervision
• Experience in handling both professional and lifestyle responsibilities is a plus
• Candidate must reside in Lagos, preferably around Ikeja and surrounding environs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the executive
• Handle scheduling, travel plans, and communications
• Assist with project coordination, online tasks, and documentation
• Manage basic social media or online community activity if required
• Perform other duties as assigned.
