Job Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO

Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and presentable Personal Assistant to the CEO who will provide executive-level administrative support and efficiently manage both business and personal engagements on behalf of the CEO.
- The ideal candidate is proactive, calm under pressure, highly discreet, and skilled in managing fast-paced schedules with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and synchronize the CEO’s business and personal calendar.
- Prepare agendas, meeting briefs, and follow-up reports.
- Arrange local and international travel logistics.
- Maintain expense records and filing systems.
- Send end-of-day Teams briefings summarizing the CEO’s next-day schedule and priorities.
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure vehicle readiness for all trips.
- Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with discretion.
- Coordinate internal and external communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Excellent time management, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Strong confidentiality and ethical judgment.
- 4 – 6 years proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Planner, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
