Salary: 250,000 monthly (net)Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist with strong sales acumen to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will not only ensure accurate dispensing of medications and provide expert pharmaceutical care, but will also drive product sales, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and expand market share for the organizations pharmaceutical portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesPharmacy & Clinical Duties
- Accurately dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide professional advice, counseling, and education to patients on medication usage, dosage, and possible side effects.
- Monitor patients drug therapy to prevent adverse interactions and ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
- Maintain and manage pharmacy stock, ensuring proper storage, rotation, and expiration control.
Sales & Business Development Duties
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare providers.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, market feedback, and forecasts to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from an accredited institution.
- Valid practicing license from the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- 3-5 years experience as a Pharmacist, preferably with proven sales/marketing experience in pharmaceuticals.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic record management.
- Must be resident in Abuja or willing to relocate.
