Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite, Mondays – Saturdays)Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic PR & Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness and customer engagement for our luxury spa and wellness center.
- You will develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media, build strategic partnerships, and enhance our brand’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Public Relations: Develop and maintain positive media relationships, securing press coverage and managing spa-related communications.
- Brand Management: Execute strategies to strengthen the spa’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive bookings and increase awareness of spa offerings.
- Social Media Management: Create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), engaging with followers and promoting spa promotions.
- Content Creation: Write blog posts, press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials that highlight services, promotions, and wellness tips.
- Event Management: Organize and promote events, including influencer partnerships, press events, or customer appreciation days.
- Market Research: Analyze competitors, trends, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in PR and marketing, preferably in the wellness, beauty, or hospitality industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
- Experience in organizing events and influencer collaborations.
- Knowledge of SEO and email marketing campaigns.
- Creative mindset with a passion for the wellness industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Graphic design skills are a plus.
Salary
