- The Premium Banking Officer will be responsible for managing and growing the bank’s premium client segment.
- The role focuses on providing tailored financial solutions, ensuring excellent relationship management, and driving customer acquisition and retention within the premium banking space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and premium customers.
- Provide personalized financial advisory and investment solutions tailored to client needs.
- Drive acquisition of new premium clients through networking, referrals, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and review client portfolios to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Ensure delivery of top-tier customer experience and efficient handling of client queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and promote premium banking products.
- Achieve set sales, deposit, and revenue targets for the premium segment.
- Stay updated with market trends to anticipate client needs and opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or relationship management.
- Proven experience managing high-net-worth or premium clients is highly desirable.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial information and provide tailored advice.
- High ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism.
