Job Title: Procurement Analyst – Project

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job type: Full Time

Job Overview

  • This role supports project-based sourcing and purchasing, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, equipment, and services. It requires strong analytical ability to turn data into meaningful insights that improve cost efficiency and supplier performance.
  • The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the oil and gas services sector (preferably within EPC/EPCIC project) and demonstrate strong coordination, negotiation, and supplier management skills with a structured, result-focused approach to procurement.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certification (CIPS, NIM, or equivalent) is highly required.
  • 5-8 years’ relevant experience in similar position with at least 3 years in the oil & gas or EPC/EPCIC services sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) with strong proficiency with ERP systems software (SAP, Oracle, etc).
  • Strong understanding of procurement or supply chain processes, contracts, and supplier management.
  • Proven experience managing project-based procurement cycles and high-value contracts.
  • Strong understanding of EPC workflows and NIPEX processes including NCDMB requirements and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and data management tools.
