Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for quality products and competitive pricing
- Review and analyze purchase requests, quotations, and specifications
- Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, and delivery timelines
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry best practices
- Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements or alternatives
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, delivery, and inventory
- Work closely with the finance, sales, and technical teams to ensure operational alignment
- Stay updated on market trends and potential suppliers.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with ICT/computer hardware products is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Must reside in or around Ikeja or be willing to relocate
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.Method of Application
