We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Agbara, Ogun
Job Purpose
- Coordinate project management and operations in order to deliver projects within the established budget and timeline.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all civil, structural and mechanical projects to achieve quality
- Conduct detailed structural analysis and simulations to ensure the integrity and reliability of designs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date engineering documentation, including design specifications, calculations, and drawings.
- Identify and mitigate potential resource constraints to ensure project continuity.
- Ensure safe work practice on project activities initiated by the company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (example, engineering, production, quality control) to ensure seamless integration of components.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering
- Technical skills, example AUTOCAD, ORION, CIVILCAD, staadpro
- Project management skills
- Ability to use Microsoft office packages – Excel, Word, Power Point.
- 4 – 6 years cognate experience civil design, project management, cite supervision
- Ability to set and achieve realistic goals, with techniques to handle personality and good interpersonal teamwork spirit
