Job description: Job Description:Our client is a growing industrial engineering firm that specializes in mechanical and piping installations, industrial construction projects, and technical project management across various sectors, including FMCG. They are seeking a hands-on, highly experienced Project Engineer with a solid background in FMCG project execution and industrial construction to join their team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end delivery of engineering projects within the FMCG sector.

• Coordinate site activities including civil, mechanical, and piping installations.

• Supervise contractors, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Interface with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.

• Prepare reports, monitor progress, and handle project documentation.

• Resolve site issues promptly and efficiently.

• Provide technical inputs and review designs/drawings for execution accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS

• HND, B.Sc. or B.Eng. (Mechanical discipline).

• 2–3 years proven experience as a project engineer, with hands-on roles in FMCG projects and industrial construction.

• Must have worked on-site within the FMCG industry and be comfortable with fast-paced, quality-driven environments.

• Strong knowledge of industrial construction processes, piping layouts, mechanical installations, and structural works.

• Project Management Skills: Practical knowledge of planning, scheduling, resource management, and budgeting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or similar engineering/project tools.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight timelines.
