Job description: Vie Moderne Designs is a full service design company specializing in interior design and remodelling, space management, renovation, construction and furnishing of residential and commercial projects across Nigeria.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Position: Project ManagerPosition Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilties

• Undertake design projects from initial client contact to completion.
• Determine client’s job requirements and project goals and work with the team to interpret and translate into clear project plans.
• Strategically map-out and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, worker allotment and resource allocation.
• Oversee, manage and monitor all ongoing projects onsite including all artisans, vendors, contractors and other workmen.
• Schedule workflow and ensure appropriate delegation/assignment of team members to execute projects.
• Establish and maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders including clients, design team, contractors, artisans and vendors.
• Oversee material and products sourcing; and ensuring quality control, all materials and work tools must be of the highest quality and standard required for project success.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and delays.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 2 years of work experience.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.Method of Application
