Job Position: Property Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the rental and management operations of our residential and commercial properties on the Victoria Island and Lekki axis.
- The ideal candidate must possess excellent networking skills, a strong understanding of the Lagos property market and a proven ability to manage client relationships and ensure optimal property performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day property rental operations, including tenant sourcing, screening, and lease management.
- Maintain good relationships with tenants, landlords, and service providers.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and property inspections.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, rent collections, and reports.
- Market available properties through effective channels to minimize vacancies.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in property management or real estate operations.
- Strong understanding of the luxury apartment rental market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently.
