- We are seeking a dynamic and creative PR/Events Executive to lead the development and execution of strategic public relations initiatives and corporate events.
- This role is pivotal in enhancing and maintaining our brand image, fostering positive media relationships, and delivering impactful experiences that align with our corporate values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote and protect the company’s reputation.
- Draft press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Monitor media coverage and manage press clippings and reporting.
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Events Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, product launches, press conferences, and sponsorship activations.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
- Develop post-event reports and analysis to measure success and ROI.
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality representation at all events.
Qualifications & Skills
- HND / BSc in Humanities, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field with Professional certification.
- 2–4 years of experience in PR and event management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in media monitoring tools and event planning software is a plus.
