- Develop and execute PR and communication strategies to enhance the company’s reputation within the financial industry.
- Draft and disseminate press releases, media kits and official statements related to company activities, reports, partnerships and events
- Build strong relationships with financial journalists, media houses, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with editorial teams to amplify published content through strategic PR campaigns.
- Create content for newsletters, internal memos, and corporate announcements.
- Manage media inquiries, coordinate interviews, and facilitate press engagements.
- Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and public sentiment about the company.
- Lead crisis communication efforts and protect the company’s public image during sensitive situations.
- Support the organization of press conferences, webinars, industry events, and stakeholder briefings.
- Ensure alignment of all communication with the company’s brand voice, corporate values, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in mass communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations, preferably in a financial or business media environment.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, economic issues, and business journalism.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Established network of media contacts within the finance and business sectors.
- Experience in handling media relations and managing public image in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools, social media management, and analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Crisis communication and reputation management experience is a strong advantage.
