They are also into commercial printing as well as Brand Marketing Research for the purpose of identifying new opportunities for business values. Each market research report delivers insight across a wide range of crucial factors such as market size, growth drivers, competitive landscape, trends, and forecasts.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Purchase Officer
Job Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)
Employment type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and purchase equipment, materials, and services in line with Media Trust standards.
- Manage supplier relationships and maintain an up-to-date digital vendor database.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, adhering to budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
- Ensure compliance with Media Trust’s procurement policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and prepare regular reports to the Group Executive Director Corporate Services.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement role. Experience in media, broadcast, or a related industry could be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office tools.Professional certification such as Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) National Procurement Certification Programme (NPCP) etc is an added advantage.
