  • We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to take full ownership of our Quality Assurance processes, driving high product standards, introducing scalable test strategies, and embedding quality into every stage of development.
  • As Quality Assurance (QA) Manager, you will lead the charge in ensuring our platform remains secure, accessible, performant, and user-friendly, across both web and mobile environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable QA processes that align with product and engineering workflows.
  • Define clear testing strategies across manual, automated, functional, and non-functional areas.
  • Plan and manage test cycles, ensuring all releases meet defined quality benchmarks.
  • Drive the adoption of modern test automation frameworks and maintain test coverage across products.
  • Champion continuous improvement, build feedback loops, and foster a “quality-first” mindset company-wide.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, DevOps, Support) to identify requirements, risks, and solutions early.
  • Oversee defect management and root cause analysis, and work with dev teams to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Own the evaluation and integration of QA tools, ensuring our stack supports fast and accurate delivery.
  • Provide visibility through regular QA reporting, metrics, and dashboards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in QA roles, including experience leading test teams or QA initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, agile environments, and QA lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks:
  • Web: Selenium WebDriver (Java, Python, or JS), Playwright, Cypress
  • Mobile: Appium (iOS & Android)

  • Appium (iOS/Android mobile automation)
  • Accessibility Testing (a11y)
  • Axe
  • Google Lighthouse
  • Security Testing Tools
  • OWASP ZAP
  • Burp Suite
  • Load & Performance Testing
  • Apache JMeter
  • Gatling, k6
  • Firebase Performance Monitoring (for mobile apps)
  • Test Management & Planning Tools
  • TestRail, Zephyr, PractiTest
  • Jira (required) – bug tracking, sprint QA planning, and test coverage
  • Other Skills & Attributes
  • Strong eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead with confidence and handle high-impact decisions.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to keep learning.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD processes and testing in DevOps pipelines is a plus.
