We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Quality Control & Production Operator
Location: Kókárí Factory, Ibadan / Oyo 3.6km
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food production of:
- Coconut Snacks and Dried Snacks
- Coconut Milk
- Fresh Dairy Milk
- Fresh Milk Yogurt
- Coconut Oils
- Monitor each production batch for cleanliness, consistency, and safety.
- Enforce hygiene standards and proper handling practices across all stages of production.
- Report issues promptly and maintain high production and safety standards at all times
- Document quality control checks and maintain accurate production logs.
- Operate, clean, and maintain factory equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of relevant experience
- Diligent, trustworthy, and accountable with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong sense of cleanliness and pride in maintaining consistent standards.
- Experience in dairy or yogurt production (preferred).
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety protocols; HACCP certification is a plus.
- Previous experience with food processing machines or tools (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP platforms.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and grow within the role.
- Ability to commute easily to the factory location.
