- We are looking for a responsible quality control manager who will be in charge of all the affairs of the restaurant.
- You will work on one to one basic on variety of tasks related to manager working life and communication.
- Oversee day to day activities of the restaurant.
- Ensure all occupant abide by the restaurant policy
- Handling of reports
Job Description
- Monitoring food handling, storage,and preparation to prevent contamination.
- Verifying that dishes are prepared according to recipes and preparation standards.
- Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients received from suppliers.
- Monitor raw materials usage, ensure wastage are also control.
- Overseeing the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment and dinning areas.
- Performance monitoring and reporting.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess B.Sc / HND in hospitality Management with 3-5 years of work experience.
- Knowledge of restaurant management system and procedures.
- Ability to multitask.
Salary
