- We’re seeking a detail-driven Quality Control Officer with a strong automotive background. If you’re passionate about precision, standards, and ensuring the highest quality in vehicle inspection and repairs, we want you!
Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough inspections of vehicles before and after service to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Identifying and documenting defects or issues and working closely with technicians to implement corrective actions.
- Developing and maintaining quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborating with management to improve quality assurance processes and customer satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date with automotive technology and best practices to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology
- 2+ years of experience in quality control within the automobile industry
- Familiarity with ISO standards and automotive QC tools
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
