- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Officer to oversee and ensure the quality of products in an FMCG company.
- The ideal candidate will monitor production processes, conduct inspections, and enforce compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Maintain quality documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal policies.
- Investigate and report non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Train production staff on quality best practices.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND/BSC in Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with quality standards and testing tools.
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
