Job Position: Quality Control Officer (Rice Production)
Job Locations: Lagos & Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description
- The Quality Control is responsible for ensuring that all rice produced, processed, or packaged meets the company’s quality and safety standards before distribution.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect rice grains for impurities, discoloration, or broken pieces.
- Check moisture content to ensure rice is properly dried.
- Verify correct packaging, labeling, and sealing of rice bags.
- Record inspection results and report any quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the processing area.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality control policies.
- Assist in sorting and reworking rejected or substandard batches.
- Travel to different rice mills or distribution points across Nigeria to monitor quality consistency.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in rice production or food quality checking.
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to work in production environments.
- Willingness to travel across Nigeria as required.
- Must have experience majorly in Rice Production.
Salary
N150,000 Gross Monthly.
