- Sales Executives are responsible for driving property sales by engaging prospects, closing deals, and expanding the company’s listings.
- They will report directly to the Sales Manager and actively contribute to property sourcing, client acquisition, and marketing efforts.nt.
Responsibilities:
- Scout for new properties (lands, houses, and commercial spaces) suitable for listing.
- Generate and follow up on leads through fieldwork, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property inspections, presentations, and client consultations.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and marketing team to develop creative content ideas and property marketing strategies.
- Participate in creating promotional materials (e.g., reels, photos, captions, scripts).
- Represent the company at open houses, property tours, and exhibitions.
- Maintain an organised client database and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.
- 2 years of previous experience in real estate or direct sales is an advantage.
- Must be self-driven, confident, and result-oriented.
- Creative thinking and the ability to contribute marketing content ideas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet set targets.
