- We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team.
- The Receptionist will be responsible for managing reservations, handling inquiries, and coordinating with the restaurant team to ensure smooth front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a pleasant first impression.
- Manage restaurant reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists effectively.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about the restaurant’s services.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth seating arrangements.
- Handle guest complaints and escalate issues to the manager when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Process payments and assist with billing inquiries if needed.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist or front desk staff in a hotel or restaurant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Salary
