- We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area, provide excellent customer service, and support school operations. The ideal candidate must be organized, professional, and have good communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents, and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
- Answer and direct phone calls courteously and efficiently.
- Handle inquiries, provide school-related information, and assist visitors.
- Distribute notices, newsletters, and other communication materials to parents and staff.
- Manage correspondence, maintain records, and update school databases.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and data entry.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Support other administrative and school-related duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of BSc in Administration, Communication, or a related field is an advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role (experience in a school setting is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Must reside within or around Kubwa, FCT.
