Fidelity Bank Plc began operations in 1988 as Fidelity Union Merchant Bank Limited. By 1990, it had distinguished itself as the fastest growing merchant bank in the country. However, to leverage the emerging opportunities in the commercial and consumer end of financial services in Nigeria, in 1999, it converted to commercial banking and changed its name to Fidelity Bank Plc. - This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Lagos. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing customer relationships, developing business strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Daily tasks involve interacting with clients, providing financial advice, and working closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
