Job Type: Full-timeResponsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Deposit mobilization.
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the sales manager.
- Vast knowledge of the mainland axis and its environs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the microfinance bank’s customer base and market share.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans for improvement to senior management.
- Provide support to the sales team as needed.
Job Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a Sales role and proven track record in mobilizing deposits.
- Experience working in a Microfinance Bank/Bank/Fintech is a must-have.
- Previous and proven usage of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills are required.
- Candidate must possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and should be a self-starter
- The desired candidate is expected to be primarily highly proactive and corrective in approach.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- The candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong awareness and knowledge of the Mainland axis.
