• Brickstar Consulting is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team and support our clients across Nigeria.
• This role is perfect for an HR professional who thrives in a flexible, remote work environment while making a real impact on workforce planning, recruitment, and productivity strategies.
• The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our management consulting team and client stakeholders to drive key HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
• Support workforce productivity planning and performance management frameworks on a daily basis.
• Assist with onboarding, staff orientation, and employee engagement programs.
• Conduct weekly performance tracking and provide insights for process improvements.
• Travel once a month to client sites for in-person meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of generalist HR experience, preferably in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Solid understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, self-starter with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel within Nigeria for client site visits (1x per month).
• Familiarity with HR software/tools and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
