Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities
- Assist the Lead Operations in overseeing daily operations, including managing workflows, follow-ups, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in analyzing and optimizing operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing operational data/information, record keeping, including residential chef subscription, chef work schedule, work location and client’s information.
- Track metrics, analyze trends and provide insights to aid business decisions.
- Foster effective communication across departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
- Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues, escalating to Lead Operations/Admin as necessary.
Requirements
Education:
Current NYSC member with degree in:
- Business Administration
- Mass Communication
- Marketing / Sales
- English
- Economics
- Accounting / Finance
- Human Resources
Experience:
- 0 -1 year of work experience in a well structured hospitality or food service company.
- Experience in operations support and customer service is important.
Other Requirements:
- Proximity to Ikate and Lekki phase 1 is desirable.
Skills:
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and general computer literacy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication (both written, listening and verbal), and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and good analytical or problem-solving skills.
- Strong initiative and analytical mind.
- Willing to learn fast.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong initiative and ability to work efficiently under severe pressure
- Proven problem solving skills.
- Ability to work underminimal supervision.
