Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities
- Managing calendars, setting appointments, scheduling meetings and sending reminders for time and schedule.
- Answering phone calls, managing emails, screening mail, and drafting correspondence on behalf of the employer.
- Planning and booking flights, hotels and transportation; organizing events and conferences.
- Preparing reports and presentations, maintaining filing systems,taking notes in meetings and conducting research.
- Performing various personal tasks, such as shoppingor scheduling appointments.
- Acting as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Other Requirements
- Should have Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing / Sales, English, Economics, Accounting / Finance and Human Resources
- Proximity to Ikate and Lekki is required.

- Attention to Detail, essential for managing confidential information and ensuring accuracy.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills, crucial for effectively interacting with internal and external contacts.
- Problem-Solving with capacity to think on their feet and resolve issues as they arise.
- Confidentiality and discretion is paramount, as PAs often handle sensitive information.
- Organization and Multitasking with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain order.
