Job Position: Resident Manager

Job Description
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing hotel operations, ensuring world-class service delivery, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, etc.).
- Implement operational policies and service standards.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests.
- Support staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor budgets, occupancy, and service quality.
Education / Experience
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years as Assistant or Resident Manager in a 4- or 5-star property.
General Requirements:
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Commitment to maintaining 5-star hospitality standards.
Requirements / Skills:
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of hotel software and financial reporting.
- High attention to detail and service excellence.
