- We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and restaurant efficiency.
- The ideal candidate must reside within the Lekki-Ajah axis, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to manage staff, finances and overall restaurant performance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations to ensure seamless service.
- Manage and train restaurant staff to enhance productivity and customer experience.
- Maintain inventory, track supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Develop strategies to improve sales and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor food quality, customer feedback, and service standards.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution of issues.
- Create staff schedules and manage payroll-related tasks.
- Oversee restaurant marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement.Maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting, sales reports, and cost control.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and efficiently manage a team.Must reside within the Lekki-Ajah axis for easy accessibility.
