- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.
- The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, customer service, and team leadership.
- You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience, managing staff, optimizing efficiency, and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of front and back-of-house staff.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards in food, service, cleanliness, and ambiance.
- Schedule staff shifts, track attendance, and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, aiming for swift resolution.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or wastage.
- Prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and engagement.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree / HND with 3 – 4 years of work experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of business management and financial principles.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is an added advantage.
- Certification in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting.
Salary
