- Conduct thorough risk assessments for individual and business clients.
- Analyze clients’ financial status, objectives, and risk tolerance.
- Provide expert advice on risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Educate clients on various insurance products and coverage options.
Sales and Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals, ensuring clients understand policy terms and conditions.
- Assist clients in the application and underwriting process.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- OND/HND in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales or risk management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and understandably.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
