- To maintain trust, security, and regulatory excellence, we are hiring a Risk & Compliance Officer who will safeguard our operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and proactively manage risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement risk management and compliance frameworks tailored to financial services and e-commerce operations.
- Identify, assess, and monitor business, financial, operational, and regulatory risks.
- Ensure compliance with NDPR, GDPR, CBN regulations, PCI-DSS, AML/CFT laws, and other relevant standards.
- Conduct regular audits and compliance reviews across departments.
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and legal teams on compliance matters.
- Investigate compliance breaches, design corrective actions, and enforce accountability.
- Provide staff training and awareness programs on compliance and risk management.
- Prepare regular risk and compliance reports for management and the board.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk & compliance within financial services and/or e-commerce.
- Professional certifications such as CRISC, CAMS, ISO 31000, CISA, or Compliance certifications are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in Nigeria and international standards
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
