Job Title: Sales Activation Manager – HORECA
Location: Lagos, Nigeria (with national travel)
Reports to: Commercial Director or Country Sales ManagerAbout the Brand
A premium hibiscus cordial capturing the vibrant essence of hibiscus with a bold, modern twist. Versatile in cocktails or on its own, the brand is entering Nigeria and seeking a driven Sales Activation Manager to drive growth in the HORECA space.Key Responsibilities
- Drive on-trade activations across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.
- Build strong relationships with bar managers, mixologists, and hospitality venues.
- Develop and execute sales and brand activation plans.
- Train bar staff and create brand advocates.
- Execute events, mixology competitions, menu placements, and brand visibility campaigns.
- Collaborate with distributors and sales teams to grow presence.
- Track KPIs and deliver market intelligence for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years in HORECA sales, trade marketing, or activations.
- Deep knowledge of Nigeria’s hospitality scene.
- Background in premium beverages, FMCG, or alcohol brands.
- Strong network in on-trade and nightlife.
- Excellent communicator with strong planning and execution skills.
- Data-driven, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passion for drinks, mixology, and premium culture.
