Position Summary
- We are looking for passionate, energetic, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Agents for Joyland Pad – a trusted brand in feminine hygiene.
- As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and distributing our products across your assigned territory.
- Previous sales experience is not required but will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and customers
- Promote and sell Joyland Pad products in assigned territories
- Monitor market trends and report customer feedback
- Represent the Joyland Pad brand with professionalism and integrity.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an NCE, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 0 – 5 years work experience.
- High level of motivation and customer service orientation
- Familiarity with local markets is a strong advantage
- Must be proactive and results-driven.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
