Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Benin City.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports.
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Promote company products/services to target customers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing
- Strong knowledge of the Benin City market is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
