Job Summary
- We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Calabar.
- You will be responsible for driving product awareness, increasing sales, and building strong relationships with customers to support the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Execute marketing strategies to promote products and boost brand visibility
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management
- Organize and participate in promotional activities and events
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and market trends
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Good knowledge of the Calabar market and environment
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales/marketing (FMCG experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
