Employment Type: Full-timePosition Overview
- As a Marketing and Sales Personnel, you will be responsible for driving sales, increasing brand awareness, building customer relationships, and generating revenue for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Bluenix paints and coatings to retail customers, construction companies, and project sites
- Identify new market opportunities and generate leads
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Represent the company at promotional events, exhibitions, and client meetings
- Provide excellent after-sales service and support
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 0 year of experience in sales or marketing (paint/industrial product sales is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, persuasive, and result-oriented
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate to Dei-Dei, Abuja.
