- Full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Lagos, with some work from home acceptable.
- The Sales and Marketing Specialist responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and training sales teams.
- Key day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, promoting the bank’s products and services, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Experience in providing Training to sales teams
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
