- This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Sales and Marketing Specialist.
- The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing daily sales activities, managing customer relationships, developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service.
- The role includes training sales staff and managing sales operations to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Not less than 5 years of experience in outdoor sales, client acquisition, or business development
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Ability to develop and implement effective training programs
- Strong marketing strategy development and market research skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in the engineering, oil, and gas, or construction industry is an advantage
