Job Summary
- The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve Buckler Systems’ business objectives.
- This role involves strategy development, team leadership, and performance monitoring to maximize market share and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to ensure goal alignment.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure objectives are met.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales and marketing activities for senior management.
- Represent the company at key industry events and trade shows.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide strategies.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research techniques.
- Expertise in CRM tools, digital marketing strategies, and branding.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a management role within sales and marketing, preferably in the automobile or armouring manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
