Job Description
- The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining good relationships with clients, engaging in sales activities to increase revenue, and proposing and implementing sales strategies.
- Excellent product display and merchandising in their designated stores
- Responsible for product availability and experiential marketing at their designated locations
- Execute activations and promotional initiatives at designated locations.
- Reporting and advisory roles on brand performance
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in sales or Business Development is a plus.
- Negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly plus incentives.
