Job Summary
- We are seeking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and meeting sales targets.
- You will play a key role in promoting our advertising solutions and ensuring client satisfaction from pitch to execution.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business leads to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to represent the company.
- Understand client needs and propose advertising solutions tailored to their objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the client service and creative teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship management.
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- 5 – 7 years of sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, or marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Salary
N350,000 – N500,000 monthly.
