Job Overview
- We are seeking ambitious and result-driven Sales Executives to join our Automotive Division.
- The ideal candidates will have proven experience in vehicle sales, either in retail, fleet, or B2B contexts with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand customer needs and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Acquisition:
- Generate leads and actively pursue sales of passenger and commercial vehicles to individual and corporate clients.
- Conduct client prospecting through walk-ins, referrals, cold calls, online inquiries, and showroom visits.
- Follow through on the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery, ensuring excellent customer engagement and conversion.
- Promote value-added services such as financing, insurance, trade-ins, and after-sales packages.
- Deliver personalized consultations to understand customers’ mobility needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
Account Management & Reporting:
- Maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat purchases.
- Track and report sales activities and prepare weekly sales performance updates.
- Assist in showroom organization, product display, and promotional events.
- Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, competitor products, and customer preferences to inform sales approach.
- Support prompt documentation and payment follow-up processes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of individual monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Positive customer feedback and after-sales retention
- Growth in walk-in and corporate client conversions
- Accuracy in customer documentation and order processing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or any relevant discipline
- 3–6 years of hands-on sales experience, preferably in automotive, FMCG, banking, insurance, or telecoms
- Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver excellent customer service
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM/sales reporting tools
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license is a strong advantage.
- Passion for the automotive industry and good knowledge of vehicle brands, features, and specifications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
