Employment Type: Full-timeJob Purpose
- The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within the telecoms sector.
- The role involves building strong client relationships, promoting telecoms products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the telecoms industry (corporate, SME, and retail clients).
- Promote and sell telecoms products and services (e.g., internet connectivity, data solutions, voice services, enterprise solutions, managed services, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable margins and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Service Management, Technology, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Provide feedback to management on customer requirements and potential product improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in telecoms, IT, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of telecoms products and services (internet, data, fiber, voice, enterprise solutions, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
