Responsibilities
- To drive profitable business growth by implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Analyzing market trends and leading the sales team to achieve targets.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, bids, and
- presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts in line with company policies and profitability goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, fleet leasing, haulage, and vehicle maintenance services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HD in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- 5-7 years’ experience in the Automobile industry or business development within the logistics fleet management industry, with at least managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales® targets.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with strategic business skills.
