Job Title: Sales Manager
Locations: Lagos and Oyo

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate sales executives to ensure professional growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in sales
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
